Rider 8 Software specializes in
creating software to help those who draft and review documents for a
living. Our software is
designed to help you find that precedent language you’re looking for and
to help you find and review how terms are used in your documents.
Our unique text display
allows you to quickly review found text without needing to open the underlying
document, but also allows you to open the document and quickly navigate to the
found text.
You may save (as .rtf or .pdf) or print each found selection or all
found selections. You may also select and copy any part of any
found selection.
What's Included?
- ProxFind, which allows a user to search one or more documents for test in proximity to other text. When ProxFind finds text meeting the specified search parameters, ProxFind displays selections from the relevant document, with the search text highlighted. View a Screenshot.
- InParaFind (formerly "ParaFind"), which allows a user to search one or more documents for up to six words occurring in any one paragraph. When InParaFind finds text meeting the specified search parameters, InParaFind displays selections from the relevant document, with the search text highlighted (each word in a different color). - InDocFind, which allows a user to search
one or more documents for up to six words occurring in any one
document.
When InDocFind finds text meeting
the specified search parameters, InDocFind displays a list of the found documents. The user may open any of the found documents by double-clicking on the document. View a Screenshot.
- DocNameFind, which allows a user to search
for documents by file name using up to six text strings occurring in any one
file name.
When DocNameFind finds text meeting
the specified search parameters, DocNameFind displays a list of the found documents. The user may open any of the found documents by double-clicking on the document. View a Screenshot. - DefFind, which searches a document for defined terms, lists those terms and allows the user to display each definition and the uses of such definition. DefFind can also display a list of all capitalized terms in a document that are not defined and that DefFind determines may need to be defined, allowing the user to determine whether such terms should be defined. - Rider Vault, which allows the user to save and retrieve often-used text. Unique sort and search features permit the user to find the text he or she is looking for. View a Screenshot.

The user does not need Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat installed on his/her computer to search and review Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat documents.
