Rider 8 Software was established to provide software tools to professionals who draft documents that are highly customized but that also rely on precedent and which require consistent use of terminology--for example, contracts, government filings, product manuals and corporate and other reports.

Ownership
Rider 8 Software is owned by Brad Johnson, a commercial finance attorney for 20+ years. Brad is the principal designer of Rider 8's software and draws on his extensive experience in drafting documents in developing new drafting tools. He uses Rider 8 Tools everyday in his legal practice.
